Return window
You may request a return within **30 days** of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must have proof of purchase (order number).
Items not eligible for return
- Used or opened consumable products (treats, food, supplements).
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Order cancellations
You may cancel an order before it ships by emailing [email protected]. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.
